We strive to ship orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. the same day, so that they can be delivered the next day with PostNL. (NL & BE). Friday evening and weekend orders will be processed at Monday.

During the holidays there may be delays in the delivery of orders due to the rush at the parcel sorting centers; unfortunately we have no influence on this.

No one at home while your package is being delivered? Then it will be delivered at a parcel point in your area. With the track & trace code that you received by e-mail, you can find out where you can pick up the parcel.

Yes, but this is only possible for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

When placing the order, after entering your own name and address details, you can choose between 5 different parcel points near the specified home address at the next step. The order will then be delivered to this PostNL parcel point.

At USfoodz we sometimes sell products that have a short or expired date. These products will then receive an amazing discount; sometimes more than 50% to 70% of the original price!

You can recognize these products by the BBD (Best-By date or best before) in the title of the product. The products are still of good quality until a number of months after this date.

This way you can decide for yourself whether you are interested in these discounted products. It is also a useful way to prevent food waste.
